I think it was betsy ross because she owned a sewing shop and she said that she learned how to sew when she was just a girl so i think that she would be more experience on sewing and it said that she had sewed for george washington before.She made a five pointed star that was on the flag and there was six of them on the flag with stripes. She also help clean up a design for francis hopkinson that george washington gave to her.
